Jacob Parker, D.O.

Hometown: Paulding County, Georgia
Education: University of West Georgia, Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine

I was born and raised in Paulding County Georgia, and graduated from Hiram High school in 2013. I attended the University of West Georgia for my undergraduate studies in Biology and Religious Studies and graduated in 2017. Finally, I graduated medical school from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022. I spent my two clinical years of training in medical school as a student at Gadsden Regional and knew that this was the place that I wanted to stay for residency. Gadsden Regional has an excellent group of people working for it, and one would be hard pressed to find a hospital with the same sense of hospitality and support that I experienced as a student, and now experience as a resident. I am so excited to continue my training here for the next three years, and growing as a physician and a person. In my free time, I love to play video games, read, and spend time with my wife and family.
