I was born in KY but have spent most of my life in MS. I was an ICU/ER nurse of 20+ years prior to medicine. I attended MS college and UMMC for undergraduate and graduate work as well as WCUCOM for medical school. I also have two years of postgraduate IM training. I continue to serve in the USAF as a flight surgeon. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my 3 girls.
