My husband Jeff and I live in Gadsden. We are a blended family with five children—Jessica (25), Mary Katherine (23), Kaitlynn (20), Lane (19), and Ryan (17).
I have a non-profit I co-founded with my friend Kadie called The Unbreakable Fighters. We provide resources, financial assistance, and medical equipment to families of children with unique disabilities. I also volunteer as a Big Sister to two littles through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Alabama program. I am on the board of Mental Health America of Etowah County, and I am a member of the Gadsden Runners Club. I love being involved in the community and helping others. My husband and I love to travel and spend time with our family. We adore our sweet dog, Bailey. Bailey is also my running buddy, and we go on many running adventures and kayaking adventures together. We also recently took up riding bikes together!
I feel my education, as well as the diverse experiences of my life and career, have prepared me well to be your Residency and Student Coordinator, and I love being a part of the GRMC Family.
